Welcome to Time to PLai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Time to PLai website, applications, and AI-powered productivity tools (the "Service"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. The Service

Time to PLai provides a suite of AI-driven productivity applications designed to streamline administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling and resource management for community and sports organizations. The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to process user data and generate optimized schedules, reports, and administrative content tailored to the needs of organizational leaders.
 

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Authority: If you are registering on behalf of a community group, sports association, league, or business, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Time to PLai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
     

3. User Data and Intellectual Property

  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, schedules, and organizational information you upload to the Service ("User Content").

  • Our AI License: By using the Service, you grant Time to PLai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

  • AI Training Policy:

    • Public Models: We do not use your proprietary organizational data (e.g., private member lists or confidential financial records) to train public, third-party AI models.

    • Service Optimization: We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our scheduling algorithms and internal AI logic to better serve our community of users.

  • Output Ownership: You own the specific outputs generated by the AI based on your data (e.g., a completed facility schedule or volunteer roster).
     

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or to violate any local municipal bylaws or governing body regulations.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Time to PLai AI engine or scheduling algorithms.

  • Upload "garbage data" or automated scripts intended to disrupt the performance of our servers.

  • Use the Service to generate or distribute spam or malicious content.
     

5. AI Accuracy and Disclaimer of Liability

  • The "Human-in-the-Loop" Requirement: You acknowledge that while our AI is designed for high accuracy, AI-generated schedules or data may occasionally contain "hallucinations" or errors. It is your responsibility to review and approve all AI-generated outputs before final implementation.

  • No Guarantee of Perfection: Time to PLai does not guarantee that the AI will account for every possible variable (e.g., sudden facility closures or uncommunicated human conflicts) unless that data is explicitly provided to the engine.

  • Liability Limitation: Time to PLai shall not be held liable for financial losses, facility forfeitures, or scheduling conflicts resulting from the use of the Service.
     

6. Fees and Payments

  • Subscriptions: Access to premium features is provided via a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Usage Credits: Certain AI tasks may consume "credits." We will notify you when your balance is low.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction (e.g., HST/GST for Canadian organizations).
     

7. Termination

  • By You: You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export before permanent deletion.

  • By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.
     

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
 

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms as we add new productivity tools to our suite. We will notify you of significant changes via the email associated with your account.
